I love Sci-fi and have gone through my streaming obsession and am now doing Audible and Apple Books. Currently listening to Firefly - Big Damn Hero, by- James Lovegrove on Audible and reading Ancestral Night, by -Elizabeth Bear on Apple Books. I’m also re-reading (now listening) to The Expanse series for the second time because well, I’m embarrassingly obsessed!
Any suggestions?

@ZinZinArtiste NK Jemison is a must if you're unfamiliar. Only person in the world to win three Hugos and she did it in consecutive years in the same trilogy.
If you have any interest in Star Wars EK Johnston's Ahsoka is about the best Star Wars character and very different from most SW I've read (admittedly, not a ton).
@ZinZinArtiste Have you tried the MurderBot Diaries series by Martha Wells? They are quite a bit lighter than something like The Expanse. Love both series. Ian M Banks is my favorite author, check him out if you haven't.
@Loffreni Yes! I actually read the book one of the Murderbot diaries. I enjoyed it enough to think about going further. Maybe I will now. I’ll also check out Ian M Banks.Thank you!
@ZinZinArtiste I would recommend starting with Consider Phelbas, while I think he has some better books its the best introduction to 'the Culture'.
@ZinZinArtiste my favorite audible book is We Are Legion (We Are Bob). I probably love it so much because the voice actor is incredible. Also loved Klara and the Sun
@ZinZinArtiste To Sleep In A Sea Of Stars was excellent! :)
@Elevynn I started reading that awhile ago. I didn’t finish it….have no idea why. I will put it on my list!
@ZinZinArtiste It's so easy to get distracted! I've been reading Snow Crash for months because I keep getting books from colleagues at work to borrow and feel the need to finish them and return quickly! :D
Forgot to give the author (author’s) credit for The Expanse series …. James S.A. Corey
