What is the penalty for a doctor that doesn’t do his colonoscopies & scopes? I know that he has the Techs do them while telling the patients he does them himself, how serious of a violation is this? Thanks, this is very important I get information about this to decide if I should start a legal investigation.
No penalties, unless something got botched up. Did the "techs" screw something up?

@Zelduh right now I don’t know if anything is screwed up, but I have something very wrong in my intestines, been to ER twice, CT scan showed something wrong but need colonoscopy&scope to see what’s wrong&then this dr I know wasn’t in there when I the procedure.Couldn’t answer one question I had,couldn’t tell me what’s wrong just said everything seems to be ok. I’ve lost 30lbs in 6wks. He got mad when I kept asking questions.
