In the 1990's Ukraine sold 320 T-80UD tanks to Pakistan. As recently as 2017 Ukraine was still shipping parts and replacements for those tanks to Pakistan.
The ATGM (anti-tank guided missiles) mentioned in the article never made it to Pakistan. The entire production run was confiscated by the Ukrainian Army in 2021-2.
Not sure what the Chinese involvement is supposed to be, other than Pakistan may have sought Chinese approval for at least some of the weapons now being shipped to Ukraine.

Washington Post: Leaked US documents indicate Egypt secretly planned to supply rockets to Russia.
Egypt President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi recently ordered subordinates to produce up to 40,000 rockets to be covertly shipped to Russia, according to a document obtained by the WaPo.
"In the document, Sisi instructs the officials to keep the production and shipment of the rockets secret 'to avoid problems with the West,'" the Washington Post reports.

In order to boost their defense, Russians started deploying the minelaying vehicle GMZ-3. The vehicle is designed for anti-tank mining and can place mines in the ground with camouflage. Simultaneously, Ukrainians started testing American special equipment M58 Mine Clearing Line Charge. M58 is an explosive line charge which provides a lane 8 meters by 100 meters.
