Good morning! What a strange morning sleepwise... Woke v early (5ish) then back to sleep by about 7, then failed to wake when spouse brought coffee @8ish. Coffee went cold as I fell back asleep then spouse warmed it and I fell back asleep again and didn't awaken again till 10.30 with cold coffee! Coffee now warmed and on 2nd cup! Big Asian supermarket trip shortly as we've run out of Thai rice.

@Zailrand @Mandypar I never get time to snooze/nap during the day, although I think it would muck up my sleep later.
