After 3 minor and one major flat burning boyfriend injuring chip pan fire the last time I had owt to do with a chip pan was @ 1990... That vid is what happens in the US when people try to deep fry a turkey, but haven't mastered the law of displacement.
@MistyKitty3 oh wow. I'd forgotten the deep fried turkey thing. That makes a chip pan fire pale into insignificance 😱

Yes! It's really good. It's very moist. I was pleasantly surprised 1st time I ate it. Personally I don't fry mine but grill/smoke on a Weber kettle.

What I find "funny" (stupid) is they try to do it in the kitchen instead of outside!
