I rent cars…a lot. Like, a new one every week (for work). I’ve been thinking about posting video reviews of each one. Thoughts?
@misslovelymess @ZRM_806 Thx! 🤣 I have to rent a car in Jan and the Jeep was one of the potential options.
As far as opinions on rentals, I’d prop read abt them if I was 1) renting in near future or 2) buying in near future
Generally don’t read about cars, but these has to be some one out there that reads motor trend magazine
@ACG2 I literally circled the Starbucks drive through twice, frantically looking for the window controls, then I pulled over in the parking lot and pulled out the manuals to figure it out. It was a whole thing, and hilarious now.
There are a ton of new changes to new/rental cars that I learn all the time. Don’t get me started on the new gear shifter tech that’s all over the place and confusing. Ugh.
@misslovelymess 🤣🤣 That would be me, too!
@misslovelymess @ACG2 Exactly! This is the kind of stuff I figured I’d post about, “how the hell do I get get the little side panel open to put gas in this thing!?!”
@ZRM_806 @misslovelymess Actually, I probably would gobble that up. Lol. Not so much under the hood stiff about speed and torque
@ZRM_806 There might be some hot tips in there like: if you are renting a new Jeep Wrangler, and you pull up to a Starbucks only to discover the automatic window controls are missing, don’t panic! They are completely camouflaged in the middle console, exactly where you would never intuit them to be.
I rent cars a lot, too. 😂
