Any employer, literally every single employer I ever had, would have fired me instantly if I lied on my resume or application. In my teaching jobs, the administrators checked every degree. I’m told HR specialists did the same for most of the tech companies I worked for. So why can a congressman get away with a fake degree? #politics
@Bald_Guy_With_Bike #politics Politicians are independent contractors. Betcha didn't know that. It's why they can get positions other people can't because of problems on their applications (i.e. lies) Makes me crazy, but the fact is that voters don't pay enough attention to who runs for office.
Voters have to start paying more attention.
