I have had a number of projects to work on. Then there was a leak from the AC in out attic that caused me to remodel the main bathroom and change all the galvanized pipe and replace it all with Pex pipe. Part of the master bedroom sheetrock had to be replaced.
I still have a good bit of painting to do.
I was only going to be gone for a few weeks, honest!!!

My son had similar project. Took months, multiple contractors, battles with insurance company & thousands 💰
