Worse, they cater to a class of writers who are not very good, but will write endless reams of crap on the cheap, displacing the more talented writers from the shelves.

Target has a nice D&D guide collection I've got my eye on, as Delicious in Dungeon has whetted my appetite for ttrpgs.

I got another Game of Thrones cookbook, and a D&D cookbook... they have a decent selection of those,

but nothing else really leapt at me.

And there's nothing wrong with potato chip novels, as long as there's a diverse selection of junk reading, I'm content.
