What if #Russia #Putin decides to launch nuclear weapons at #Ukraine the morning of January 20, in the last hours of the #Biden administration? He will know that #Trump will be president within hours and will do nothing. The US leadership will be effectively decapitated.
Europe will need to be on standby.
I would be surprised that Russia has working nukes
what people do not realize, is they keep the nuclear warheads in separate secure facilities from the launchers. So if they decide to use them, we would normally know about it when increased activity was detected.
But with Gabbard "Russia girlfriend" as DNI head, I have no idea if those informants might get burned to help Putin
