@POOetryma That monstrosity has been on the books for years. It's part of the wet dream to "do Apollo again." They want to build a bigger SLS, called the Block IB, because Saturn had a IB. They were forced to use the Constellation tower for two flights, so they spent $$$ to modify that. Now more $$$ for the IB.
