I dunno, it kinda sets a precedent that if you heckle her long enough, you'll get under her skin and derail her. It's like a standup comic dealing with a drunk in a nightclub. There's really no upside to engaging them, other than maybe mocking them.
I would have replied, "A Trump heckler at my rally?! That's weird."
