@WordsmithFL I think this is great, was just reading actually. But I still think an 18 yr term is too damn long. 10. MAAAYBE 12. And enough with this appointee garbage. It’s high time the people elected justices.
Thanks for the article. I just find the whole thing disappointing. The report from the commission Biden appointed was completed dec 2021. So since he's not running for re-election he wants to implement the recommendations?
