Not quite ... Those of us who remember the hype over the "Mars Rock" during the Clinton administration know that turned out to be a bust. Let the scientists do their work.

@WordsmithFL I agree to waiting but also, I think there's some attitude issues with always thinking if there could be any other reason for a thing then it can't be 'life'. That's like saying that if there's any other way my glass could have broken on the floor other than my cat pushing it off the counter, then it couldn't be my cat. 😂

There are plenty other explanations. I'm just saying, don't believe the clickbait that will claim life was found on Mars.

@WordsmithFL I agree on all that and mum's the word on the Matkays being Cartianbays... but NASA and astrophysicists in general have become so allergic to 'signs of life' I fear their vision/research has become tainted. Especially when we're talking beyond the solar system.
