Because ... #Florida ... We ordered a portable solar generator today.

Florida has an annual two-week sales tax holiday in early June to encourage people to buy hurricane survival supplies. We've always wanted a generator, but the solar ones have been very expensive.

This one is on sale, with solar panels included, and no sales tax, so it seems like a good deal.

The main purpose is to keep the refrigerator working, especially if we evacuate.

@LnzyHou Thank you for the review. We'll fiddle with it once it arrives. I think I'll charge it overnight and then let it run the refrigerator all day to see how long it lasts.
