@MidnightRider She may play an idiot, but MTG is not an idiot. She knows exactly what she's doing. Her performance art gets her on TV and creates the appearance of more power than she really has.
If #Trump doesn't pick her for VP, I suspect some day she'll run for Georgia governor or U.S. Senate.
@WordsmithFL Certainly she's focused and shrewd, after all look at the position she carved out. But I find other elements of her character incredibly ignorant. Especially when panders to zealots about God's warnings.

I commented at the time that it also meant any Democrat could do it. So far, th Dems have been the adults.
It's backfired on the Republicans big-time, and deservedly so. Considering how much crap they spewed over the years about Nancy Pelosi, this not only shows what a joke they are, but what a master she was.
Pelosi is sorely missed.
