The resolution passed by one vote. They rushed it because George Santos' 3rd District is having a special election today to fill his vacant chair. If a Democrat wins, then the Republicans lose that one-vote margin. They had to do it today, otherwise they couldn't pass it.

The polls close at 9 PM EST. I wonder if the impeachment will piss off people who still have time to vote.
