#Politics Last night's #Biden impromptu press conference ... Personally, I don't care for these "scrum" events where the press scream and yell for attention. Some presidents have insisted on an orderly Q&A. I thought it made Biden look confused.
Also, Biden said the "president of Mexico" when he meant Egypt. Fox News is all over that.
#Politics #Biden left the room but came back to answer a question about #Israel / #Hamas.
He did say he thought Israel's response has been "over the top" and also said that, although he has no proof, he suspects Hamas launched the attack to sabotage the pending agreement between Israel and Saudi Arabia, which would have built an alliance against Iran, Hamas's benefactor.
#Politics Last night's previously scheduled #MSNBC all-star panel was supposed to be about #Trump and #SCOTUS, but it opened after the #Biden presser. They all leaned into the inappropriate opinions in the special counsel report, e.g calling Biden self-involved and assuming self-importance. (Spoiler ... He's the President.)
The bottom line is that the report exonerated Biden. Opinions about mental faculties were irrelevant and could be taken as partisan.
