"The Kennedy site did report injury data for 2016, the first year it was required to do so – but hasn’t reported since ... The facility employed only 50 people at the time; it had just taken over a launch pad from the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Sixteen of those workers were injured, #SpaceX reported. By 2021, employment at Kennedy had grown to more than 1,100 workers, #NASA said."
