@WordsmithFL LMAO, a case doesn't get thrown out if one witness's credibility is questionable when there's a line of other witnesses and mountain of evidence. Dismissal requires the assumption that everything the prosecution/plaintiff alleges is true but the case can't be heard for a technical reason like lack of standing or statute of limitations.
