#Politics For all the Sturm und Drang inflicted on us by mainstream media #Biden polls lately ... Take a look at #FiveThirtyEight, specifically (scroll down) "How Biden Compares with Past Presidents."
Most presidents have had similar numbers at this point. The honeymoon inevitably wears off. Reagan was at 43.3% at this point, as the nation came out of a recession. Obama was at 43.5%. Biden is at 40.0%.
The only poll that matters is November 5, 2024.
@WordsmithFL It doesn't really matter how popular or unpopular Biden is. He, like almost all Democrats, doesn't have to run on merit, they just have to run on the other guys being boogeymen.
Biden could likely win this election if he'd had his head removed and replaced with a cob of corn.
