@ChelseaGirl429 I don't think it's a final ruling. I think this just means it has to go through the regular appeals process. It will return to the Supreme Court one day for a permanent ruling.

I'm hoping that the conservative majority realizes what a sh*t storm they unleashed by tossing Rowe and therefore don't want to support this too. But frankly I don't think they have a conscience.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with you about SCOTUS, especially Justices Alito and Thomas. They may have another go at it if they choose to take up the case after it goes back to the appeals court.
