if i put foods that need to be refrigerated in an insulated bag & put in on an outdoor balcony overnight & temp goes below freezing, will the food freeze?

@barbaraedelman yeah my bad, i think in C, not F, if you keep it outside overnight, it will freeze, might not be fully frozen, but it will absolutely have frozen bits.
@Windsinger defynot below zero! mid 20s. 3 glass casserole pans, full of food. insulation is sufficient to keep frozen food frozen.
