Created a template for CVE-2023–36845

Ran Nuclei -nc -uc -uq 'title:"Juniper Web Device Manager"' -t CVE-2023–36845.yaml

And it excuted nicely. This can probably be done with any cve and bypasses the need to go pro to find CVEs via shodan or any search site like it.
