@Nlyles True, and wasn’t it Scalia who wrote the opinion that the amendment does guarantee individual gun rights? Not in the original, but what the hey. But you’re right: it’s all white male snowflakes scared shitless of the rest of the country (and world).

It seems Alito is making the case that no one should have any rights that aren’t explicitly in the Constitution, which leaves (checks notes…) guns, and free speech, although the size of the audience for said speech should be commensurate to the amount of money (dark or otherwise) that the speaker has at his (and occasionally her) disposal.

To all those employers who complain, “no one wants to work anymore”, do you think that will improve once the unplanned pregnancy rate goes up?
