East/Central Pacific: TD20e became Tropical Storm Ramon. Short lived. Far from land.

Atlantic: Invest 90e near The Azores low chance of (Sub)tropical transition.

far from any land in the Eastern Pacific improved overnight and is now Tropical Depression 20e. May obtain named Tropical Storm status before weakens later this weekend. No impact to land.

Central Atlantic 40% chance of (sub)tropical development as eventually moves Northeast near the Azores.

Central Atlantic storms have occurred in late November per historical records.

Season winding down with winter time high wind shear setting up and waters cooling.

Poorly organized Potential Tropical Cyclone 22 designated this afternoon now 345miles(550km) WSW of Kingston, Jamaica. Winds 35mph(55km/h). Heavy rains main focus. Could be named Tropical Storm Friday. Near Bermuda by Sunday.
The other area by FL not tropical.

Scattered showers W Caribbean 60% tropical development chance as eventually heads NE near Jamaica, Cuba, Hispaniola.

Low in Gulf not tropical. Wind shear/dry air there.

Nor'easter likely forms near S FL / Bahamas, strengthens as heads NNE. NHC 10% tropical chance.

Scattered showers continue in the Western Caribbean & across portions of Central America Monday evening. Per NHC this area has 70% chance of some tropical development later this week. Expected to move off to the Northeast. Heavy rains possible Jamaica, Cuba, Hispaniola. 13Nov2023

Continuing to monitor the possible development of a Low pressure in the Western Caribbean late this coming week. Movement to the Northeast is currently favored. NHC with 40% development chance. For now, just scattered showers across Central America region. 11Nov23

Watching the Western Caribbean next week for any signs of tropical trouble as increase in moisture sits over warm waters. May be one of the last potential areas to watch before season comes to a close. 8Nov23

Invest has run into very dry air near the Northern Bahamas. Just a spin of clouds. NHC now has development chances at zero. Strong cold front pushing across the US to kick out to sea this week. 30-Oct2023

40mph(65km/h) Tropical Storm drifting towards El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua through Wednesday. Then quickly turns around out to sea. Could approach land as 70mph(112km/h) strong Tropical Storm per NHC before weakening trend begins. Heavy rains. 30-Oct2023 3aCST/5aEDT

Tropical Storm in the Atlantic is gone once more. Doing one last loop far out at sea before it's final vanishing act. No more advisories from NHC will be issued. 29-Oct2023
