There is a small window for to reacquire tropical / subtropical characteristics in a few days however. This is reflected in the 8aEDT Tropical Weather Outlook map from NHC Thursday morning with 30% chance of that occurring. Bermuda could see rain/wind regardless 26-Oct2023
