loved Knives Out, because it’s such a well done classic who-done-it, thoroughly delightful through and through.
But Glass Onion was a bit too heavy on modern commentary to become a classic in the long run, I’m afraid. In order to create something truly timeless, you must rely on timeless things. Too much era or decade related lingo and satire— and the work tends to get lost in history, quickly losing relevance with future audiences.
@Dreaw404 I can’t stop laughing 😂
The father’s gaze is so INTENSE!
And mom’s head is trying to emigrate out of the frame 🤣
My tummy hurts, help
Aerial trails left by Russian missiles fired at Ukraine over the skies of Astrakhan, Russia.
Just look at the sheer number of them.
When you hear Russians say that Ukrainians are their “brothers”, remember this 31 of December, the New Year’s Day.
@robfwtx Was he following directions from that guy with two glow sticks in the Airplane! movie?
“Great minds think alike” really ends with “but fools rarely differ” — meaning that conformity isn’t always a good thing.
“Jack of all trades, master of none” ends with “but better than a master of one”.
“Curiosity killed the cat but satisfaction brought it back” is the complete version.
Be curious, be inquisitive and comb against the grain.
No one gives a fuck, just live your life with the volume full 👍👍
