Authorities warn of massive missile strikes imminent from Russia
@_Ms_J All I know is they are damaged. Haven’t seen detailed reports yet.
Finished watching Wednesday yesterday.
It’s both good and bad, and it left me more on the disappointed side.
What used to be a tongue in cheek comedy of the macabre was turned into something derivative, a mixture of recycled material from teeny vampire movies and X-Men with a sprinkle of Miss Peregrine’s and a heavy dose of Harry Potter. It didn’t help that one of the characters was named Xavier.
I tuned in to see a Tim Burton picture, but got a serving of Twilight at Hogwarts.
Meh.

Russian Telegram channels are seething with rage following a successful drone attack on a strategic airbase deep inside Russian territory.
Two strategic bombers were disabled as a result as well as a fuel storage facility (3 casualties reported among military personnel in the explosion).
Did the russkies really think their war was going to take place only on the lands of somebody else? They started this war, after all.
@TheStorySmith I just take a money clip or a thin plastic wallet that fits all the credit cards and keep it my pocket.
I've seen girls hide credit cards in the backs of their phone cases.
@TheStorySmith I had no idea lol
But then you're in "tHe EvIl WeSt!", what's their excuse?
@HWood His fat ass would land in labor camp pretty goddamn soon.
Not that it would be able to get much labor done tho

This is a pile of fragments of Russian rockets that hit Ukraine’s 2nd largest city, Kharkiv.
Putin was placing a special hope on this city declaring secession from Ukraine because it has the most Russian speakers statistically than any other in Ukraine.
But after those plans failed and Kharkiv residents went on massive pro-Ukrainian demonstrations instead, Russia began shelling it with rockets.
Reportedly 1/3 of the city is in pretty much in ruins today.
