Novaya Gazeta published an interview with an unnamed Russian military person who claims that high command is selling Putin a new "blitzkrieg" plan in which they quickly capture Lutsk and Lviv, cut off Western supply routs and mount a new offensive against Kyiv which is sure to force capitulation by Zelensky and a complete surrender of the whole country to Moscow.

Problem: he says it's suicide.
