This Ukraine vs Russian war is going to last awhile. Russia's government will keep feeding soldiers to the meat grinder as they did in WWII when over 8,000,000 Russian soldiers were killed in battle. Yeah, could be a really long war or until Ukraine runs out of soldiers.

Those were USSR's combined losses, not just Russia's. Total military deaths amounted to over 11 million.
The Russians were defending against an invasion, having nowhere else to go. This time they can just pull back and the war will end. Every Russian understands that they can simply go back home. The stakes aren't nearly comparable for them this time around. Fear of #Putin is their only motivator. It cannot last very much longer.

According to a fresh poll (that hasn't a chance to see the light of day on #Putin's media), only 1 in 35 Russians (Moscow area) with medium to high incomes supports war vs #Ukraine.
According to another poll, over 40 million Russian citizens cannot afford buying new clothes.
Putin's army is a hoard of poorly motivated beggars and fools.
It simply cannot last much longer.

Yeah, I read that Putin is using criminals from prisons to lead the way. Cannons fodder, then the real Army follows behind to fight whoever is still fighting on the Ukrainian side. Teens barely of age with little to poor educations are being conscripted for pretty much the same thing as prisoners.
