The current congressional majority composition is like a scrotum with a strangulated testicle.
One chamber is particularly painful and dangerous. And to that we must apply pressure. If that should fail, we'll have to do all we can to remove the cause of the pain.

A torsion of a testicle is a true emergency. Quick intervention may allow it to be saved. Hesitation will result in loss of testicle or function. So this is a perfect example. Doubtful this can be saved.
