Putin held a speech at some mock government council (I say mock because nothing about Russia isn't a Potemkin village) in which he said that Ukraine was defeated long ago, and their army destroyed completely, it's just that the whole of NATO is posing as Ukrainians and resisting the onslaught of the glorious Russian armed forces, but not for long.
