One of Putin's chief propagandists Margarita Simonyan (head of the Kremlin-owned RussiaToday company) said that today's missile strike on Ukrainian cities which left at least three of them without electricity, running water and heating and at least two people dead after a missile hit a residential building, were, i quote, "MISSILES OF KINDNESS, a HUMANITARIAN STRIKE to end NATO's occupation of Ukraine".
