This is Igor Girkin, a colonel of the Russian Army, who's personally responsible for the capture of Luhansk and Donetsk provinces of Ukraine in 2014 and the creation of the so called "peoples republics", selling the idea of 'separatism' to the Western media. He's also guilty of downing #MH17 with almost 300 people aboard.
In a fresh post he published his latest army ID and complained that he wasn't allowed to reach the frontlines by 'bureaucrats in the Army'.
