@Agatha I've listened to my wife's complaints about her doctor visits
1. She had a OB/GYN for many years and she was happy with her. Unfortunately, she retired and wife had to find a new doctor. Tried several other OB/GYN but bedside manners were lacking or were not well informed. At times, my wife knew more than some of them. Wife has a BS in microbiology. 1/X

@Agatha knowing male medical doctors and their infinite wisdom they probably "diagnose" and attribute these changes as nothing more than women behavior. You've be surprised at a few things that medicine still needs to catch up with along with their stubbornness to change. Let's see how long it takes for medicine to catch up with science...

This story gets weirder and weirder the longer you read the opening sentence.

"An 81-year-old Montana man was sentenced on Monday to six months in federal prison for illegally using tissue and testicles from large sheep hunted in central Asia and the US to create hybrid sheep for captive trophy hunting in Texas and Minnesota."

Who should we trust for information with regards to places that would be considered "safe havens" against ? Would you trust a realtor or a mayor? This April 2022 newscast portrayed Asheville, NC as one of these havens.

@peeppeepcircus Interesting. I use both Privacy Badger and uBlock Origin and had no problem seeing article.

@TheKiffness on revenue sharing:
"Eating the Cats" has 9M views on YouTube... $41K ...advertisers paid YouTube $82k to show their ads on relevant videos, and YouTube gave me half.

Pretty decent model: win-win-win for everyone involved.

It has 11M views on
@X
, plus around 30M views from other channels sharing my video... $600

I'm sure
@elonmusk
is working on the X ad revenue model, but for now
@YouTube
is still far better for creatives.

@singlemaltgirl The term "war" as in full combat engagement is probably unnecessary as gaining rights to water without the use of war is probably more common than you think. Pacific Institute here in California keeps a chronological database of water conflicts around the world (pacinst.org/water-conflict-chr) One excellent example of gaining rights to water is through the process of building a dam upstream of your "neighbor" like China, India, Pakistan, Egypt, Ethiopia...
