Paris 2024 organizers have long said the Games would be more environmentally friendly, including reusable dishes in the main restaurant at the athletes’ village, greener construction and seats in venues made from recycled materials. @Victor i think for all the missteps, they really have tried and i think we should applaud the effort, look at what worked & didn't work, and set a higher expectation for the next games.
we can criticize all we want but the fact is, they tried to do something most games don't bother w.. i think that's worthy of celebrating.
