It would seem that the executive branch is a considerable weak link in maintaining National Security.

@jm__rives So is the FBI, CIA, armed forces...This is a reflection of individuals and more than likely a "moral" issue. I say moral because you can find all kinds of justifications for doing the "right" thing...just ask Assange, Snowden, and so on...Good old Dollar also plays a role...
