Don't get on here as often as I would like, so much going on in the world rn...and in the big picture, nothing really good...so I am doing my best to lose some weight and get better fitness so I am prepared for anything.

We have cold weather and snow warning here on Vancouver Island after what has been a rather spectacular winter weather wise so far this year...but we got our snacks and groceries in today in case reports are accurate.
