I have a constant dialogue going on inside of my head. Makes it a little difficult to fall asleep sometimes. (lol)
When I first took adhd meds, I realized what it was like to have an (almost) silent mind. It allowed me to have one thought at a time & it was a mind-boggling feeling.
Idk if I'd like not having one at all though. How does one think without a voice in their head?
