Made an appointment last week for today to get new tires installed before major winter weather hits my area. Show up to the appointment and am told they don't have the tires in stock. Apparently their online scheduling system doesn't verify inventory OR alert the store someone has an appointment with certain tires requested so they could be ordered beforehand. Ordered the tires and they should be in Wednesday. Fingers crossed.
