I am in an amazing state of Now.

Every meal, activity, conversation, van trip and utterance may well be my last with Anne. She will be 100 in July. We share the same birthday.

Like my father who rallied just before passing, I have these fantastic memories created as Thelma & Louise.

If she waits until after her 100th birthday—wonderful. If she doesn’t, we have no regrets. She rallied for me and we did it all.

Each day is a slow and profound blessing.

Jesus fucking Christ. Our choices for the next administration include an octogenarian, a felon, and a man with a worm-eaten brain (recovered, of course)
