Some things Iโm learning that I thought Iโd share:
Itโs okay to not be okay, sometimes. Acknowledging that things are f*cked up is the first step to healing and change. Expressing your feelings to others is NOT a sign of weakness, rather a sign of strength. Allowing yourself to be vulnerable is hard, downright scary and requires a great deal of strength, but helps build resilience and self acceptance. ๐
