The Arrogant always do the preliminaries first...TFH has already stated this will be a new, actual government agency tasked with "rooting out corruption and creating efficiency", in other words dissolving any part of the government that is a thorn in the sides of fascists. It'll be Co-Headed by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, according to their stated plans.
