Well you know....Jake needs the dough cuz he can't buy 300k dollar cars to wreck the same day on a welfare check! He's gotta make large amounts of cash so he can have good stories of his stupidity...he'll prolly get a few million from this so he should be housed for another <checks notes> 6 months or so, maybe eight, before doing some other attention seeking crap or losing it all on one blackjack game.
