I've heard it said many times that dogs can feel your emotions. I've been around animals enough to know this is an absolute truth. My 10 year old beagle is not long for this world. And I can feel it. He has a few days or weeks left. I'm weeping as I write this post. I keep telling him, " It's okay." He hurts.
His eyes are so sad. Every else has gone to bed. I'm sitting with him. I'm not posting this looking for replies. CoSo is my safe place and I just wanted to get this down.
