Get this. My wife is trying to order a coffee mug set online from Walmart for my DIL for X-Mas. She just made her second try at it. The first time the mugs were loose in a big box with some wadded up paper. By dumb luck, only one of them was smashed to gravel.. We returned it and she reordered. This time they arrived in a smaller compartmented box, and marked FRAGILE. Two of them were busted to hell.
