I have to go an re-up my driver's license tomorrow. This time around I have to jump through a ton of hoops and get a "Real ID".
I need to get this off my chest. I Despise the very concept behind "Real ID". It's utterly fascist. It was the Republicans using our post 9/11 fear to push us toward a Fourth Reich, under THEIR control.

Though I instead paid for a Passport Card when I renewed my passport...
Hard for me to believe that I can't just goto the DMV with my passport and get real id. .
@TwiHusband The F-up thing is was the Republicans that thought Real Id was too big government.
