Oh, I'm such a fan of such older films / tv shows that I hardly pay attention any more (heck, I remember the old cigarette ads on TV...)...
@ballpark_frank The "Marlboro Man". "Just a silly millimeter longer...101". Classic ads.
Remember the John Wayne movie "Hatari"? In one scene the female lead finished her cigarette, and casually lit another cigarette off of the still burning butt.
Seeing smoking portrayed like that in modern movies is almost unheard of. Times change, and culture changes.
