@ToolPackinMama any citizen can write one of those letters using the wording he did, indicating discrepancies they’re seeing.
If you live in one of those districts, I’d advise getting ahold of people like Mark Elias to help you write one to your precinct. They are then legally obligated to maintain any evidence.
